We are inviting people to join our Christian family as fast as possible. It does seem like the world is getting worse. And of course it is. I’m reminding people of our example of the Apostle Paul and his letters to Timothy.
Paul experienced tremendous trials and tribulations. He was shipwrecked 3 times, he was rejected from some of his closest friends, severely beaten several times, had been in peril of robbers, of heathens and of false brethren. He endured periods of hunger, thirst, and sleeplessness. Been in prison. Then in 2 Timothy 4:7 he says “I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith.” Can we say that no matter what we’ve faced? Can we keep our joy in the midst of the rough times? That’s what he told Timothy. And Timothy hung in there, just like Paul did.
Stay hooked to Jesus no matter what. The world will get worse, but it doesn’t have to affect us. We are protected by the blood of Jesus. I’m going to continue to preach that as long as God will let me.
I preached it at the College Rodeos this year. We had great turnouts at the church services in the Southern Region. There’s always a lot saved. Praise the Lord. I love ministering to the college kids. They want to learn the Word of God.
Had a great service at the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo last year. This year we are taking World Fiddling Champ Ricky Boen and his dad, Darrell Boen, with us. A lot of my college kids that we helped grow up in the Lord are making the finals and they are helping us with the service. Last year Cody and Heith DeMoss, along with Cory Solomon and Shane Hanchey helped us.
Finally it’s a joy to pastor such a wonderful group at WCCC in Liberty Hill, TX. Our church is growing and we are seeing people saved, healed, delivered, and set free to the Glory of God. We are in our new building that can seat close to 1,000 people. So things are just exciting.
The Lord is doing great things in the lives of people here and on the road. Continue to pray and support the best you can. It means the world to us and Jesus.
We Love You,
